Just Blowing Off Steam!
Mood:  irritated
Okay, I'm really getting ticked off at the bozos who think they can be critical of fanfic writer's stories. Haven has a thread going and someone announced on Ephemeral that they started this site to 'openly' discuss fanfic. Well, BLOW THEM ALL OFF THE NET!
It is so hard to work on something and then push that button that lets it go out to the world. Then to have these horrors treat that work like they do.
Thanks for letting me twitch off a little.

Just added "Path to a Miracle' and "Reunion" to my site.

More to come in the near future. I have one that's complete and beta'd but I still have not figured out a name for it.

Nothing
Mood:  down
Topic: General
Just a whole lotta nothin'. I feel really depressed. I need a hair cut but I'm afraid. Two years ago I lost my stylist (she moved to another state) and since then it has been one bad cut after another.

The first one was more into selling me products then cutting my hair.
Another just wouldn't cut anything off. I had to beg her three times to cut more and I still think she still only took about a quarter of an inch.

I went to my sister's stylist who does a really good job on my sissy's head. No so great on mine. I took a wig in so she would know exactly what I wanted. The wig was a modified shag (I used it during my cancer treatment and it looked great on me) I came out looking like prince Valliant! Also when I combed it out at home I found hanks of hair that were two or three inches longer than the rest.
I had to let it grow out after that fiasco so when I went to the next one I told her above the collar and over the ears. She decided that was too short and refused to cut it like that. I gave up after a short argument.
Why the hell don't stylists listen to their customers?

Gosh that felt good to get out!

Topic: Stories
Okay, last week another writer asked me to write something with them. I thought it was best to be honest, Sara don't play well with others.
I told them that I was a really frustrating writer with a really short attention span. Then I asked what they had in mind (who knows, my muse could take pity on me). Well, they never got back to me. I feel kind of crummy. I guess I could have scared them off but at least they could e-mail me!
Yikes!

Update
Mood:  happy
Topic: Sara's Reading Nook
Just finished updating the look to my site. I got really tired of all that black and purple so I can imagine how others reacted to it. Still isn't very fancy and with my lack of skills it never will be.

Bye all

Okay, I've been a really baaaaaad girl. I have quite a number of stories to put up to my site but I just can't make myself do it.
I do have an excuse but it's too personal to air here. Suffice it to say that sometimes loss makes you a little crazy.

I will try to make an effort. PROMISE!
